Giovanni Fernandez: Miami, Fl, United States; As a young entrepreneur I have always been in the hospitality industry. At 14 I started learning the steps in making the right paella from my Grandfather. I kept the steps and decided to study Hospitality Management from one of the best schools of hospitality management (Florida International University) there I learned & master techniques that enhanced my cooking skills. After graduating I decided to move out of town into the real estate industry as project manager since the benefits were better. After a few years of real estate decided that my passion was food and moved back to Miami to run family’s business. It has been now 4 years since I made my decision and would not change it for anything. With the help of my brother Dennis Fernandez and the Ross brothers, we have catered to almost every corner of Miami and have increased our network tremendously. I’m very excited now since in a few weeks we will be launching our food truck (El Rey de la Paella Truck). This will create a big trend in our community since it’s something new in Miami and our fans will love it. At El Rey de la Paella we always stride to make your event a memorable one and will keep on working hard on doing that.
